What is a monthly support retainer?
A retainer is a fixed fee paid by you for an agreed amount of Juizi time per month. The support is given on an ongoing basis without disruption, at a reduced fee. For those of you needing regular monthly, weekly and even daily changes to your site, it is an easy way to get your website work done, freeing you up to focus on other things. Once the paperwork (which only happens once at the start of the contract) is out of the way, you can easily send Karel instruction around what to do, and get it done with a very quick turnaround time. A monthly retainer also costs you less.

What is ad hoc support?
This is support given as and when you request it, usually at a higher fee. When you only need help from time to time, possibly for a specific project, or a yearly refresh of your website, and don’t have a monthly retainer in place, we’ll send you a quote, and once you accept the quote, make the changes that you need.
