Dealing with suspicious emails regarding your domain

A few of our clients have recently received emails saying that their domain and website would be negatively affected unless a payment is made via a link in the email.

  • Don’t respond.
  • Don’t click on anything in the email.
  • Don’t reply to the email.

If something feels like it warrants investigation, forward the email to us for further investigation.

What to do with that email? Mark as spam, and delete.
