What the Site Pulse is
The Juizi Site Pulse is a human-curated report of your website's performance over a certain period, based on data from your Google Analytics property, and includes a 30 minute online presentation and discussion with Karel Calitz. It is intended as a plain-language summary to help you and your team understand how your site is performing.
The recommendations based on this report and discussion are advisory only. They reflect the Juizi team’s reading of the data in the context of our knowledge of your organisation. Juizi is not liable for decisions made on the basis of this report. Juizi is also not liable for any Google Analytics 4 discrepancies.
How the report is delivered
Your report is accessible via a private link behind a login, on juizi.com, and will be kept there for 3 months from publication. You will also receive an email with the report as a PDF after the 30 min online session. The PDF will include your company logo.
Your data
The data used for The Site Pulse comes from your Google Analytics property, to which Juizi has access as an authorised user. GA4 data is aggregate and anonymised by nature — it does not contain personally identifiable information about individual site visitors.
Where your GA4 property is linked to Google Search Console, search query data may also be included. This data is subject to the same aggregate and anonymised nature.
Juizi does not retain raw GA4 export files after the report has been published. Because we have ongoing authorised access to your Analytics property, we can revisit the data at any time if needed.
How we use AI
We use Claude, an AI assistant developed by Anthropic, to assist with processing and summarising your analytics data. This helps us work efficiently so we can focus our time on the recommendations — the part that requires human judgement and knowledge of your organisation.
Anthropic's data policy for Claude.ai states that conversations are not used to train their models by default. You can review their full privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Your data is not shared with any other third parties as part of this process.
No lock-in
Purchasing a report does not constitute an ongoing agreement or retainer, unless specifically arranged. Each report is a once-off purchase. You are under no obligation to continue, and Juizi is under no obligation to produce future reports unless this has been specifically agreed. Juizi reserves the right to change these Terms of Service if needed in future, but this will always be clearly communicated.
